d-day journal

golding was effected by d-day because of the way he saw life and men because he
wasn’t sure about anyone's Morales anymore. He was effected in the way saw men
because he wasn’t sure if they were born evil and grew up learning how to be
nice or they were born good and learned how to do evil. He also learned that
people can be very cruel for no reason. Golding questioned the goodness of
mankind because of all the kill. He was feeling this way because of all the
deaths he saw during d-day.
I
believe that man are born both evil and good. I believe this because it depends
on the person. there are some stories of people who help others without
thinking of themselves and other people who love the misery of others. I also
believe people can learn to be barbaric if they are good because of the way
they see the world changes. They can also become civilized because of a life
changing moment like going to jail.
I agree with you Jacob, Golding did feel this way because of all the deaths he saw during D-Day.
